About the Role

Perspire is dedicated to bringing the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a welcoming, spa-like setting. We are looking for a full-time studio manager to lead our Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and Flatiron (Manhattan) studios. This role involves working closely with the owner/general manager, assistant managers, sales associates, and studio attendants, acting as the primary leader for the entire team. You will be based on-site across both locations five days a week and on-call for emergencies and team support from opening to closing.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team to drive sales and provide continuous feedback as a hands-on role model.
Engage directly with guests in a selling capacity.
Ensure adherence to processes and policies while delivering exceptional guest service in a fun, professional environment.

Requirements

Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals.
A strong sense of urgency combined with the ability to inspire people.
Open availability to manage studio hours (early opening to late closing, 7 days a week).
Must be reachable all day by the studio team when acting as 'manager on duty'.
A track record of high achievement and a drive for excellence.
