About the Role
Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record as an investment banking Associate to join the Investment Banking team. The Associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including M&A transactions, direct investments, capital-raising, special committee engagements, divestitures, and evaluation of strategic alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Performing financial analysis and financial modeling, utilizing various valuation techniques
- Drafting of materials for client meetings
- Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use
- Conducting financial and other business-related research
- Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
- Active involvement in client-facing situations
- Deal execution logistics
- Participation in talent development efforts, including recruiting and training
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an investment banking Analyst or Associate
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and various financial databases (FactSet, PitchBook, Refinitiv)
