About the Role
This role is for an Inside Sales Representative within the computer components business unit, focused on providing outstanding sales support and service to customers and internal stakeholders. It offers an opportunity to become an expert in vendor products and grow into future sales or product management roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding sales support and service to customers and internal stakeholders through outbound and inbound phone contact and other electronic means.
- Manage quotation and sales order processing for computer products and ancillary products.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for internal Sales and Logistics teams.
- Become an expert in the specifics of assigned vendors and their product offerings.
- Manage and grow customer relationships for assigned vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Certificate (or equivalent).
- Professional, high level English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and customer service orientation with the ability to work autonomously.
