About the Role

Support people to rebuild confidence, independence and hope by walking alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and reconnect with what matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
  • Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments
  • Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
  • Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners
  • Celebrate progress — small wins and major milestones

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Full registration with ESSA/AHPRA
  • Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
  • A current WWCC (Working with children check)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Successful completion of all mandatory pre-employment checks, which may include background verification in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
