About the Role
As a Restoration Technician, you will be part of the front-line team helping people recover after unexpected damage. You will learn water and fire restoration essentials, gain hands-on experience with industry tools, and work alongside experienced teammates to build your skills. This role offers an opportunity to grow, make an impact, and take pride in your work.
Responsibilities
- Set up drying and restoration equipment
- Remove damaged materials
- Prepare work areas for the next stage of repair
- Assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow industry standards and safety protocols
- Work side by side with experienced technicians
- Keep every project moving smoothly
- Support every client
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
- Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract
- Fit test and other safety certifications
- Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
- Participation in a rotating on-call schedule
