About the Role

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for solving client requirements for a portfolio receivables solution, drawing from trade credit insurance innovation and securitisation techniques. This role is crucial for enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solution for CIB clients with high numbers of buyers, to be delivered to priority sites.
  • Address KYC, buyer risk mitigation, and capital efficiency to ensure a competitive proposition.
  • Partner with insurers and securitisation experts.
  • Develop sales materials, pricing guidance, training tools, and structuring playbooks.
  • Agree and track performance KPIs, including risk and revenue growth.
  • Develop product documentation and complete governance.

Requirements

  • Advanced level understanding of Receivables Finance/securitisation and/or trade credit insurance.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels internally and externally.
  • Well-developed project management skills, with experience in delivery involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Execution-oriented with an ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals.
