About the Role

This role owns and leads the SKU Lifecycle Management function, ensuring the product catalog is accurate, compliant, and scalable. You will be the final approver for SKU activation and master data validation, manage US Private Label workflows, and connect various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end SKU and supplier onboarding and offboarding for North America, including tool management, master data auditing, physical SKU measurement, and label verification.
  • Serve as the final approver before any SKU is activated.
  • Lead Private Label workflows from initial request through design, versioning, costing, supplier confirmations, and final sign-off.
  • Build scalable tracking, reporting, and a prioritization framework for private label SKUs.
  • Maintain and continuously improve master data accuracy across the supply planning ecosystem.
  • Ensure validated inputs flow correctly to downstream tools across Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Act as the primary cross-functional point of contact for SKU lifecycle questions.
  • Field and resolve inquiries related to labeling compliance, regulatory requirements, scan values, and master data.
  • Serve as the business owner for SKU lifecycle management workflow tools.
  • Provide informed input on global system requirements.
  • Actively contribute to global process design and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps and define ownership for ambiguous or emerging workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement across SKU lifecycle processes, including onboarding edge cases, non-standard SKU types, and new brand partnerships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in supply chain operations, master data management, product or ingredient development, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and improving complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume, detail-intensive work with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
