About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing All-Rounder to build our marketing from the ground up, grow the Kireyna brand, and launch our first major marketing wave. You will work closely with the founders, brainstorming and driving implementation with energy and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable, regular output across Instagram, Pinterest, and Blog (later TikTok), producing content or managing external contributions.
- Build relationships with nano and micro-creators in the DACH region, manage seeding programs, and oversee collaborations.
- Support the planning, setup, and execution of community events and pop-ups to make the brand tangible.
- Contribute fresh energy, trends, and tactical suggestions to daily operations.
Requirements
- A 'doer' mentality with a passion for building things from scratch and implementing projects with high initiative.
- Practical experience with common video editing and graphic design software (e.g., CapCut, Affinity) and a strong sense for modern social media storytelling.
- Ability to contribute own ideas and a desire to grow with the role.
- Demonstrated hunger, dedication, and ownership mindset, whether a recent graduate with strong side projects or with 1-2 years of professional experience.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, tonality, and details, with an intuitive understanding of the Kireyna brand vibe.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
