About the Role
OMD’s Decision Science team ensures clients realize the full potential of their marketing, brand, and audiences. This role suits a candidate passionate about data and analytics, focused on exploring brands, people, and their interactions. The successful candidate will combine creative analytical problem-solving with client-friendly solutions, delivered articulately and insightfully.
Responsibilities
- Distill client questions into analytical briefs.
- Oversee projects from start to finish.
- Create implementational outputs that improve client marketing plans.
- Manage projects and deliver consultative recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with senior team members to manage client relationships.
- Support the identification of new commercial and client growth opportunities.
- Project manage Senior Analysts with oversight of other Analysts.
- Provide day-to-day coaching and development for team members.
- Take on line management responsibility and the professional/technical development of team members.
- Advocate for a creative approach to analytics.
- Develop new solutions and analytical approaches.
- Work closely with specialist services, agency teams, and wider analytics/research teams.
- Ensure all work is technically excellent and outputs are consistent, accurate, and address client business questions.
Requirements
- Proven record of combining a creative approach to analytical problem-solving with delivering client-friendly solutions.
- Diverse analytics experience.
- Familiarity with leading small project teams.
- Strong presenter with the ability to deliver results to marketers and analytical teams.
- Ability to show clients a full understanding of analytical techniques and explain them clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong experience in data and measurement.
