About the Role

Seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 3-5+ years of experience to join the in-house design team. This role involves a leadership position in delivering new business pitch design materials and other design initiatives across the company and its agencies, working at a fast pace with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-faceted design projects on tight deadlines in collaboration with the Design Director and/or Project Manager.
Produce strong design concepts and directions under various brand guidelines.
Brief freelancers on projects and ensure design quality and consistency.
Review and provide feedback on other designers' and freelancers' work.
Ensure design quality, consistency, and timely delivery of projects.
Liaise with outside vendors and printers to ensure project timelines are met.
Aid in the conception and execution of other design and branding initiatives, including event design and internal culture initiatives.
Handle presentation design, event design, infographics, logos & branding, social media creative, email blasts, websites/microsites, and creative brainstorming.
Interpret facts, figures, and data and transform them into visually appealing designs.

Requirements

At least 3-5+ years of experience as a designer.
Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion.
Previous agency experience is an asset.
Portfolio of design work showing a range of branding, print, and digital work must be included.
Include favorite ice cream flavor on resume.

Skills

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint.
Comfortable working on both Mac & PCs.
Strong eye for layout and typography.
Creative flair.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to problem-solve within given design parameters with creative solutions.
Respect for deadlines.
Knowledge of design for web & digital is a plus.
Experience with video editing is a plus.
