Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and effective communication.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling standards and resolving customer issues.
- Drive financial performance and sales by managing budgets, expenses, and merchandise presentation.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring and mentoring.

Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for facilities selling firearms.
- A current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required for facilities selling only ammunition with state-specific requirements.
