About the Role

Join Japan Experience as a Booking Agent – Activities to support our growth strategy in becoming a leading inbound travel company for Western markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and coordinate bookings for activities across Japan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnerships.
• Handle booking requests, confirmations, modifications, and operational inquiries, coordinating closely with Sales and Product teams.
• Resolve booking issues and last-minute changes to ensure excellent customer and supplier experiences.
• Maintain accurate booking records and assist with invoices and general administrative tasks.
