About the Role
Provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes and directly improve their quality of life. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car for which you'll be paid $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
- Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
- Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
- Assisting with medication
Requirements
- Must be able to travel to and between these suburbs in your own car to provide in-home care and support.
- You have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to your own insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
