About the Role
The Senior Maintenance Scheduler (Daily/Outage) is responsible for developing and controlling discipline schedules, balancing workload with available resources, and ensuring schedule consistency and workability to meet On-line and Outage indicators. This role involves maintaining accurate schedules throughout development and execution, and updating/publishing them as required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, develop, and update discipline schedules for accurate planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and execution.
- Develop detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports for effective management tools and feedback.
- Attend scheduling meetings to ensure effective pre-planning, implementation, and schedule critiques for continuous product improvement.
- Assist in developing work windows and contingency plans by collaborating with Work Week Managers, Project Managers, and Cycle Schedulers.
- Assist assigned departments with traveler requests and tracking.
- Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and outage support in positions outside the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience.
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable.
- Pass a favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
