About the Role

We are seeking an organized Senior Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our high-growth Northeast field operations. You will own project tracking, permitting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination for our wireless infrastructure rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Track critical project milestones, manage local permitting and municipal licensing processes, and lead vendor/subcontractor onboarding.
• Own project purchasing and job costing, maintaining strict accuracy in project data and budgets.
• Independently develop estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for small-to-midsize assignments; assist PMs on major project rollouts.
• Assemble closeout packages, survey reports, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior coordinators, represent Mann Wireless at local industry events, and assist with corporate team initiatives and company celebrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project coordination experience in construction, technical field service, telecommunications, or wireless/low-voltage infrastructure.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license for essential job-related site travel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and escalate field or safety concerns swiftly.
• High personal standards for data integrity, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
