About the Role

Lead the launch and growth of a new venture focused on Industrial Bottleneck Intelligence, taking the concept from a validated idea to a scaled production powerhouse. Interplay provides institutional back-office support.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Have built a company before.
• Have a great attitude and are willing to get your hands dirty.
• Are willing to run through brick walls without a helmet.
• Love problem solving and winning.
• Have relevant industry experience.
• Have direct experience building or commercializing data, analytics, market-intelligence, alternative-data, supply-chain, industrial-research, or AI-enabled intelligence products.
• Are credible with hedge funds, public-market investors, asset managers, private equity firms, venture investors, corporate strategy teams, and other sophisticated buyers of investment intelligence.
• Understand one or more relevant domains such as defense, industrials, energy infrastructure, grid equipment, semiconductors, critical materials, advanced manufacturing, logistics, or supply-chain risk.
• Have demonstrated experience raising institutional or venture capital; prior leadership in a successfully exited VC-backed company is strongly preferred.
• Are hyper-organized.
• Have the ability to work well in an unstructured environment.
