About the Role

A Senior Appian Developer designs, builds, and deploys enterprise-grade low-code applications and automated workflows. The role requires hands-on Appian experience, an active Appian Certified Senior Developer credential, and expertise in integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable SAIL interfaces, complex process models, business rules, records, and reports.
  • Connect Appian with external enterprise services, databases, web services, and RPA tools.
  • Perform code reviews, run Appian Health Checks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune application performance.
  • Guide junior team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of dedicated Appian development within an Agile environment.
  • Appian Senior Developer (Level 2/3) certification.
  • Strong command of SAIL, process models, CDT/data types, record syncing, and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
