About the Role
Okta is building the trusted, neutral infrastructure to enable organizations to safely embrace the new era of AI. This role is an opportunity to do career-defining work on a mission-critical program focused on expanding SaaS integrations and driving new identity standards for a secure AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program governance, including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Scale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organization.
- Leverage AI to enhance program management methodology by defining, building, and documenting AI-driven processes to increase overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership and drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress throughout Okta.
- Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles.
- Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience.
- Exceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
- Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
- High EQ and IQ. Solution oriented, data driven, learning mindset.
- High ethical standards and ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience collaborating with senior Product and Engineering leadership on C-level programs.
- Direct GTM or Product Operations experience.
- Deep knowledge of platform business models and the enterprise security landscape.
- STEM or business-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business).

- $144,000—$198,000 USD (California excluding SF Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Washington)
