About the Role
As Program Manager, Technical Enablement, you will build the customer-facing engineering enablement function from the ground up. Your role is to ensure engineers ramp quickly and confidently, have access to a reliable knowledge base, and stay sharp as the platform evolves. You will own the full enablement lifecycle for customer-facing engineering, from onboarding through ongoing development.
Responsibilities

- Define fully ramped success criteria by role and communicate them clearly.
- Audit, consolidate, and maintain the authoritative technical knowledge base for customer-facing engineering.

- Work with internal experts to surface the right documentation for the right audience.
- Develop and maintain a recurring enablement cadence for tenured engineers.

- Serve as the embedded enablement partner to FAE leadership.
- Collaborate with the broader Enablement team to adapt GTM enablement content for engineering audiences.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs with clear milestones.
- Report on program health and outcomes to engineering and Enablement leadership.
