About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients in outplacement projects, you will guide and manage clients through the entire consulting process, ensuring a smooth customer journey. You will also be involved in process and service development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during outplacement projects.
  • Manage and guide clients through the entire consulting process.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey by monitoring client satisfaction and quality.
  • Handle personnel administration, including maintaining personnel files and master data.
  • Process vacation requests.
  • Support clients in their career reorientation, including interview preparation and appointments with the Federal Employment Agency.
  • Assist with the creation of application documents.
  • Conduct virtual workshops.
  • Provide career and further education counseling and research.
  • Support the application process for educational vouchers from the Federal Employment Agency.
  • Contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of processes and services.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or equivalent education.
  • Ideally, experience in HR administration, qualification and further education, or similar fields.
  • Experience working with the employment agency is a plus.
  • Confident demeanor and a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent and structured work style.
  • Organizational talent.
  • Proficiency with various digital tools, such as project management software and ticketing systems.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Ideally, good English language skills.
  • Excellent linguistic and communication skills.
