About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients in outplacement projects, you will guide and manage clients through the entire consulting process, ensuring a smooth customer journey. You will also be involved in process and service development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during outplacement projects.
- Manage and guide clients through the entire consulting process.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey by monitoring client satisfaction and quality.
- Handle personnel administration, including maintaining personnel files and master data.
- Process vacation requests.
- Support clients in their career reorientation, including interview preparation and appointments with the Federal Employment Agency.
- Assist with the creation of application documents.
- Conduct virtual workshops.
- Provide career and further education counseling and research.
- Support the application process for educational vouchers from the Federal Employment Agency.
- Contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of processes and services.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or equivalent education.
- Ideally, experience in HR administration, qualification and further education, or similar fields.
- Experience working with the employment agency is a plus.
- Confident demeanor and a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independent and structured work style.
- Organizational talent.
- Proficiency with various digital tools, such as project management software and ticketing systems.
- Very good German language skills.
- Ideally, good English language skills.
- Excellent linguistic and communication skills.
