• Provide technical leadership for Mainframe application development, maintenance, and production support.
• Own solution design, architecture reviews, release planning, and support strategies.
• Lead incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with business, infrastructure, and offshore teams.
• Drive modernization initiatives, mentor development teams, and establish best practices.
