About the Role
This executive leadership role oversees the planning, execution, and financial performance of the venue's catering business, including corporate events, private functions, concerts, and special events. The position is responsible for all catering operations at Oracle Park, excluding MLB game day catering, ensuring world-class hospitality and memorable guest experiences at every event.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate total catering and restaurant operations including booking events, supervising teams, developing, selecting, and costing menus, pricing, hiring, and departmental administration.
- Manage all aspects of preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
- Develop and implement catering solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
- Develop and implement annual comprehensive marketing analysis for F&B operations.
- Establish and implement service and presentation standards for all catering operations, implementing processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Implement new services to support base business growth.
- Advise clients, customers, and staff on current catering trends and products.
- Participate in sales process and negotiations of contracts and assist clients in planning special events.
- Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering standards are followed.
- Set and deliver sales, food, and labor targets based on Giants Entertainment budgets (Gotham Club).
- Execute catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and management.
- Manage accounting functions including accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables.
Requirements
- Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building/growing a strong business.
- Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
- Proven ability leading through other managers.
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
- This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
- This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- $140,000.00 to $150,000.00
