About the Role
The Enterprise Program Manager will manage the development and/or delivery of large integrated solutions to external customers or support major enterprise-wide programs, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. This role is accountable for risk assessment, client relationship building, and profit and loss responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Determines overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
- Drives and delivers expected results according to agreed project scope, cost, quality and timeline milestones.
- Accountable for risk assessment, including effectively identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders.
- Serves as a direct contact between customers and Agilent project stakeholders.
- Assists external customer in the definition and implementation of complex integrated solutions requiring relevant products and/or services.
- Tracks estimated project revenues, costs, expenses and profits against defined metrics and communicates deviations to relevant stakeholders.
- Is responsible for costing of customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets.
- Builds and maintains client relationships.
- Coordinates internal and external project team members’ contribution, including working with third party vendors to complete project activities.
Requirements

- $93,760.00 - $175,800.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
