Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a motivated and competent team capable of achieving District sales goals.
- Lead the professional development and training of the Sales Force.
- Assist the Regional Director with the development and implementation of the District sales plan.
- Consult with the Regional Director to set priorities and action plans to achieve objectives.
- Establish sales budgets and customer territory lists for each sales representative.
- Ensure sales penetration, market share, and GM% growth targets are met.
- Review the progress to budget of each Field Sales Representative at least quarterly, providing feedback and taking corrective action.
- Ensure company’s “Code of Ethics” is understood and adhered to.
- Act as a liaison with the Top 50 customers/prospects within the District.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure customer needs are met.
- Perform other District Sales Manager related duties.
Requirements
- Graduation from Technical School, University, and/or College with a focus on Sales & Marketing Management, plus experience.
- Several years of successful selling and preferably sales management experience.
- Experience and proven ability to supervise and motivate a large sales force.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Computer literate/training.
- Proven ability to make own decisions as required within defined limits of the position.
- May require attending customer sites, potentially subject to customer alcohol and drug screening policies.
- May require adherence to safety requirements including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) on certain customer sites.

- $96,960 - $133,320 base salary
- Eligibility for an incentive target of $21,600.00
