About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Curam Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform and will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Curam solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with business requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Curam solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop standards and guidelines for Curam implementations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Curam features, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.
  • Support solution delivery estimation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Curam Developer, with a strong understanding of the Curam framework.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
  • Experience with Curam development tools, including Rational Application Developer (RAD).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Eligible for Reliability clearance.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
