About the Role

QuadReal Self Storage Management is seeking a client-focused individual to recommend storage solutions, provide outstanding customer service, and manage daily operations. This role involves sales, administrative tasks, and property maintenance to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recommend the very best solutions for client storage needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Follow-up on inquiries, confirm reservations, rent storage units, prepare rental documentation, and update the client database.
• Sell/upsell high-quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, and other moving supplies.
• Complete daily administrative duties and reports.
• Collect rental payments and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Perform daily inspections of rental units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and client-ready.
• Maintain property appearance by cleaning spaces, sweeping, removing debris, and organizing moving carts.

Requirements

• A proven background in customer service and retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and pride in your work.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must have a valid, written and fully executed agency agreement contract for engaged services to submit resumes.
