About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Retail Technology will support the execution of Tapestry’s global Store Experience Transformation by delivering and sustaining modern, secure, and scalable retail technology solutions across store environments. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and support technologies such as POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment and configuration of retail technologies including cloud based POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, and payment terminals
- Assist with hardware rollout execution, ensuring standards are met across store environments
- Provide operational support for production systems, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Administer and support endpoint environments across iOS, Windows, and MacOS devices using Intune and Jamf
- Support implementation and maintenance of Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access policies
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, VBS) to improve operational efficiency and system reliability
- Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS requirements in store technology environments
- Follow established security and compliance guidelines when managing devices, systems, and configurations
- Partner with InfoSec teams to align on best practices for secure implementations
- Contribute to project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog updates, and deliverable tracking
- Support implementation timelines, issue resolution, and escalation as needed
- Participate in pilot programs and assist in scaling solutions globally
- Collaborate with global teams across regions, functions, and time zones to support consistent delivery
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Provide clear status updates and documentation related to deliverables, risks, and progress
- Use AI-assisted tools and data-driven insights to help identify trends, improve support processes, accelerate issue triage, and enhance operational decision-making across retail technology environments
- Support evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate, including automation, analytics, and intelligent support tools, while aligning with security and compliance standards
- Apply sound judgment in the responsible use of AI to improve productivity, documentation quality, and service outcomes without compromising accuracy, privacy, or governance requirements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Windows scripting (PowerShell; VBS in production environments)
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure AD and Conditional Access policies
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf)
- Familiarity with retail systems including POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile device ecosystems
- Familiarity with store hardware configuration and rollout processes
- AI literacy with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to improve analysis, documentation, support workflows, and operational efficiency
- Exposure to intelligent automation, data analysis, or predictive insights that support troubleshooting, reporting, and service optimization
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including attention to data quality, privacy, security, and appropriate human oversight
- Foundational understanding of PCI-DSS standards
- Awareness of secure device and identity management practices
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exposure to project-based delivery and cross-functional coordination
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to translate technical tasks into clear updates for stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization
- Experience supporting retail or store technology environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business needs
- Practical curiosity about AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them responsibly to improve efficiency, insight, and service outcomes
