About the Role
The Lead Kiosk Associate will ensure the smooth operations of temporary kiosks during the holiday season, planning resource needs and supporting kiosk agents in the sale of gift certificates. Responsibilities
- Train and coach kiosk agents
- Report on staffing and daily kiosk operations to the kiosk coordinator and manager
- Assist with managing unexpected events and emergencies, including finding shift coverage
- Assist in the management of inventories and orders
- Act as a resource person for kiosk agents, managing complaints and special requests
- Respond to guest needs according to established standards using provided scripts
- Identify problems and propose solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, addressing needs and closing sales
- Assist kiosk agents with their day-to-day tasks
- Perform other related tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in leading a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Available and able to travel quickly between various kiosk locations
- Excellent MS Office skills and adept at learning new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sense of organization, planning, and monitoring
- Great professional rigor
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Available from late October to December 31, 2025
