About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Compensation & Employee Management team within Daimler Trucks and Buses. This role involves developing and implementing performance-based compensation concepts, systems, and strategies for our commercial vehicle centers and truck stores in the German market. You will also negotiate with employee representatives and ensure consistent implementation and communication of policies.
