About the Role
As an Experienced PDR Technician, you’ll be expected to use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Responsibilities
- Use advanced glue-pulling techniques
- Perform hail repair
- Repair creases and body lines
- Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels
- Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
