About the Role
Carvana is seeking skilled Auto Painters with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience to join their team. This role involves painting, blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech Inspection Centers.
Responsibilities
- Painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats)
- Blending adjacent panels
- Paint correcting vehicles
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Willingness to use safety equipment
- Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
