About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with directions and general business information.
- Maintain clear and accurate administrative logs for people and property, including packages.
- Control access for employees, visitors, and vendors as required.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment.
- Provide detailed incident, hourly, maintenance, and daily activity reports.
- Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in security, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant positions.
- Comfortable working around pets/animals.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Able to acquire and maintain a valid California Security Guard Card.
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional written communication and grammar proficiency.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Able to meet physical demands, including lifting 50+ lbs, foot patrols, stair climbing, and working in inclement weather.
