About the Role
Ignite Medical Resort Round Rock is seeking a Director of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer responsible for resident health and coordinating services to provide appropriate care levels.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process.
- Take call after hours and on weekends and maintain a chain of command.
- Maintain quality assurance and implement plans for improvement.
- Present a professional appearance.
- Understand and follow through with directions given related to patient care.
- Organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Accurately complete job responsibilities within specified time constraints to meet resident needs, regulatory standards, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nursing license in good standing in the State of Texas.
- Degreed as a registered nurse from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR and First Aid training.
- 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
