About the Role

Hotel Phoenix Atlanta is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that elevate the hotel’s brand presence, drive revenue, and strengthen community connections. This role is key in showcasing Hotel Phoenix as a destination rooted in Atlanta’s culture, creativity, and hospitality, while driving awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans with targets tied to occupancy, RevPAR, and outlet revenue.
  • Audit and maintain alignment of all guest-facing materials with brand voice and standards.
  • Maintain a brand style guide and messaging matrix.
  • Publish and maintain a weekly social content calendar across multiple platforms.
  • Update the hotel website, Google Business profile, and OTA/listing pages promptly.
  • Deliver monthly analytics reports on engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Secure and log media placements, reporting quarterly results.
  • Coordinate press and influencer site visits and deliver post-visit content recaps.
  • Represent Hotel Phoenix at local community and industry events.
  • Maintain a content calendar and book creative partners for shoots.
  • Produce campaign assets for seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain a centralized, rights-cleared photo and video library.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Management on a monthly promotional calendar.
  • Launch at least one packaged offer per quarter with trackable booking attribution.
  • Report campaign ROI to leadership after major promotions.
  • Lead marketing support for signature activations and seasonal programming.
  • Collaborate on entertainment and event programming decisions.
  • Deliver post-event recaps with key metrics.
  • Maintain a monthly marketing dashboard covering key performance indicators.
  • Conduct quarterly competitive set reviews to inform strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle brands, or hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
