About the Role

ACS Group is hiring a Crater for our Shipping Department. Business is booming, and we need people for a stable, diverse, and rewarding environment. ACS Group is a company where our employees make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) per shipping requirements.
• Stage finished product for loading.
• Load finished product onto truck.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Crate material for shipping.
• Use pneumatic tools (nail guns, saws, staple guns, etc.).
• Build skids from scratch.
• Place product on skids and secure for shipping.
• Build crates for international and domestic shipments.
• Operate forklift.
• Unload and put away supplies (lumber, pallets, banding, etc.).
• Use foam machine.
• Use pallet crusher and pallet jacks.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1+ years of related experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to drive a forklift and obtain a forklift certification.
• Well organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
• Ability to use hand and/or power tools.
