About the Role
Manage non-Application IT Projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, quality, and compliance with bank policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage non-application IT projects (e.g., data center, network, server, cloud, platform upgrades) throughout the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate with engineering teams on solution design, environment setup, and deployment
- Capture lessons learned and support PMO
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of project tasks and milestones
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders
- Organize project meetings, working groups, and steering committee meetings and report the project status
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and resolution measures
- Escalate significant project risks and issues to relevant parties when necessary
- Conduct project change management
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality requirements before go-live
- Ensure project execution complies with the bank’s IT project management policies, procedures, and governance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience
- Demonstrate solid understanding of IT infrastructure domains including: Servers, Network, Cloud platforms
- Ability to understand both technical and business requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience Level
- Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field required
Salary/Compensations
- USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
