About the Role
As a result of significant growth in Healthcare, Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced Managing Consultants and Senior Consultants to bring sector expertise and support the ambition to be the Healthcare Consultancy partner of choice. This role involves managing and delivering complex workstreams, contributing to business development, and developing team capabilities within a fast-growing business area.
Responsibilities
- Lead insight and exceptional delivery to help clients realize their strategic transformation agenda.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Public Sector trends and issues, with clinical and/or operational subject matter expertise in Healthcare.
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with clients in a sell-deliver model.
- Leverage the global Capgemini organization to drive improved account delivery and client success.
- Support the leadership team in the Public Sector to build and develop a diverse team, role-modelling a focus on client outcomes.
- Contribute to Capgemini Invent’s market offerings by developing innovative propositions for the public sector.
- Contribute to proposals, RFIs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
- Engage in campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and proposition development.
- Participate in training and certifications to support career development and company skill demands.
Requirements
- Direct NHS consultancy and digital transformation experience at a mid to senior level.
- Experience with complex delivery (operational and/or clinical) and team management.
- Background from a management consulting practice or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering large scale, complex programme management and transformation initiatives in the Public Sector.
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, or in industry with a consulting background.
- Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation.
- Ability to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
