About the Role

You will support sourcing for spend categories, including execution and stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You will also collaborate with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and drive value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash, and productivity programs while ensuring compliance.
  • Lead the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and ongoing supplier relationship management.
  • Manage the supply base, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage.
  • Build a program with business and suppliers incorporating best practices, market insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the sourcing of packaging materials.

Requirements

  • Procurement experience across different markets.
  • Demonstrate a future-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business strategies.
  • Strategic sourcing and risk management experience.
  • Understanding of business and financials, and how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss.
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Organizational agility, influencing stakeholders, and interacting effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business priorities.
  • Model trust, integrity, and perseverance.

  • 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in procurement.
  • 5 years of experience in sourcing and packaging (desired).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and stakeholder management (must have).
  • Harness generative AI for predictive spend analytics, automated contract review, and market intelligence to accelerate sourcing decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end digital sourcing through digital platforms, managing RFx workflows, supplier evaluations, and e-Auctions at scale.
  • Translate complex procurement datasets into compelling, insight-driven dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to enable faster, data-backed decision-making.

Salary/Compensations

  • $102,600 to $128,250 CAD
  • Bonus program with a target of 14% with the possibility for overachievement
