About the Role

Join Texas Mutual's Dynamic Imaging Team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling crucial documents for multiple departments and gaining valuable exposure to multiple aspects of our business. Responsibilities

Work as part of a large team
Open and identify incoming documents
Prepare documents for scanning
Scan documents using commercial scanners
File scanned documents through indexing systems
Route scanned documents to employees electronically
Follow production and accuracy standards
Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Up to 2 years of data entry or administrative experience
