About the Role
Lead end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center, ensuring efficient and secure operations. Drive continuous improvement, build supply chain experience, and gain IT mastery. Act as a change agent to implement new technology supporting a 24x7 workforce.
Responsibilities
- Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan, aligning investments with business priorities and value creation.
- Lead critical projects, drive digital operational excellence, and mitigate system risks.
- Ensure the compliant deployment of digital solutions.
- Implement scalable technologies and processes that improve efficiency.
- Leverage ITIL, project management, and leadership expertise to align stakeholders and deliver results.
- Develop, deploy, and ensure the execution of the site security strategy.
- Implement industry-leading security technologies, systems, and processes.
- Lead threat identification and risk mitigation efforts across the plant.
- Build, maintain, and advise on a defense-in-depth security posture encompassing Industrial Control Systems, network security, endpoint security, and application security.
- Oversee the local incident response process.
- Conduct self-assessments and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal policies and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
Requirements
- Graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
- Experience in incident management, organizational change, and problem management.
- Knowledge in network operations or application management.
- Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 'start-up' type environment.
- An open mind and fast learner.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work closely across functions.
