About the Role
Harlequin Design is seeking a passionate millworker to join our dynamic team. You will transform creative concepts into reality, crafting exceptional retail experiences that leave a lasting impression and bring brands to life.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate both independently and as part of a team, interpreting technical drawings to craft high-quality displays and pop-up spaces using materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, and veneers.
- Work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, essential for meeting project complexities and tight deadlines.
- Ensure all completed work aligns with our company's exacting quality standards and deadlines.
- Quickly communicate any quality issues or project lead time challenges to management, allowing for swift solutions and issue resolution.
- Additional hours available during busy periods.
- Tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of millwork experience.
- Experience in fast paced interdisciplinary fabrication is a plus.
- Experience in retail display is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Open to occasional overnight installation work is a plus.
