About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Group Product Manager to lead a cluster of Product Managers and Senior PMs within the Send tribe. This role involves owning product strategy for multiple regions, supporting licensing discovery for new markets, and acting as a liaison between Product Managers and the wider product leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel at developing high-performing teams and possess strong domain expertise.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and outcomes for assigned regions within the Send domain.
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, overseeing their growth and the regional strategy they execute.
Ensure Product Managers are focused on the right priorities and delivering effectively.
Own licensing discovery for countries within assigned regions, understanding regulatory requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Represent the Send domain at a leadership level, providing strategic insights and direction.
Coordinate across squads to ensure coherence and alignment.
Work closely with engineering leads, the Product Director, and senior stakeholders.
Set clear success metrics for the domain and ensure accountability.
Make prioritization decisions across squads, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
Support the Product Director with domain-level input for product planning, hiring, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience leading a team of Product Managers, including ownership of their development and performance management.
Experience owning a product domain end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
Commercial literacy and the ability to link product decisions to business impact (revenue, margins, client outcomes).
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to represent the domain at a senior level and simplify complex issues.
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, understanding the domain and regulatory complexities.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.
Ability to manage both strategic direction and detailed execution.
Honest and direct communication style, with effective feedback delivery.
Right to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
