About the Role

We are hiring a Salesforce Developer based in Toronto to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and third-party enterprise systems.
  • Configure core declarative tools including Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and custom data models.
  • Maintain high code quality through unit testing (>85% coverage) and CI/CD pipelines via Git and SFDX.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance within Salesforce governor limits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and managing Salesforce security architecture (OWD, sharing rules, permission sets).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Toronto office on scheduled hybrid days.
