About the Role
The Senior HR Technology Analyst will serve as a functional and data steward for the company's enterprise HCM platform (Oracle HCM) and connected HR applications. This role involves leading system projects, managing data, handling reporting, providing production support, and contributing to the HR technology roadmap through platform evaluation, AI, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise HCM data and functional operations, serving as a functional and data steward for Oracle HCM.
- Manage workforce structures, position and organization data, store and location setup, user access, and related processes while maintaining data integrity, documentation, and controls.
- Lead HR technology projects from idea to adoption, driving enhancements, releases, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strengthen HR data operations and system reliability by overseeing recurring and mass data activities, interfaces, audits, certifications, and production support.
- Turn workforce data into actionable insights through reporting and Power BI dashboards.
- Shape the future of HR through AI and automation by owning and improving digital assistants and knowledge experiences.
- Expand and evolve the connected HR technology ecosystem, supporting various HR applications and contributing to technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, HR data, people analytics, or a related function.
- Experience supporting a major enterprise HCM platform, with strength in HR data management, system enhancements, testing, and production support (Oracle HCM preferred).
- Demonstrated project management and business analysis skills.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills using Excel and HCM reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and the ability to reconcile data across systems.
- A collaborative, improvement-oriented mindset with strong communication and sound judgment.
- Interest in applying AI and automation to HR challenges while protecting confidential employee data.
