About the Role
In this role, you will express creativity and enthusiasm for life by assisting the Resident Program Director in creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for the residents of the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
- Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
- Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
- Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
Requirements
- No programming experience is necessary.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Possess an active, valid driver’s license.
- Excited and enthusiastic about fun activities and encouraging others to participate.
- Extremely patient, helpful, and flexible when explaining directions and answering questions.
