About the Role
As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming the employee experience through one of the world's leading digital workflow platforms. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, enhancement, and ongoing evolution of Hydro One's HR Service Delivery platform, bridging business needs with technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and management of HRSD components, including HR Case Management, HR Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, HR integrations, Virtual Agent, Performance and Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and Integration with other HR Systems.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Hydro One's existing business processes through workshops and define target process designs aligned with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to capture and document a thorough set of business requirements.
- Document requirements or support the creation of development stories with associated acceptance criteria.
- Configure and/or assist in configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application(s) to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the best technical practices and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest capabilities, functions, and features in ServiceNow HRSD and share this knowledge with the team.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of integration processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with the team.
Requirements
- Experience in product management and/or business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS preferably ServiceNow.
- Able to facilitate process mapping workshops and conduct process gap analysis.
- Attention to detail and project management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes.
