About the Role
This 15-week internship provides hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, designed for high-achieving students interested in building a future with Labatt. The program offers a comprehensive onboarding experience, dedicated summer project ownership, learning and development workshops, exposure to senior leaders, exclusive intern events, and access to exciting swag and on-site pubs. Opportunities to launch your career through future full-time or Trainee Program opportunities after graduation are also available.
Responsibilities
- Lead a strategic project within the HR domain, focusing on areas such as Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Rewards, Labour Relations, or People Operations.
- Take ownership and deliver impactful results that align with business objectives, leveraging the perspective and expertise of the People team.
- Gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of the People function by collaborating and liaising with stakeholders across multiple HR teams.
- Deepen your understanding of core People processes and programs, enhancing your knowledge of best practices in HR.
- Work alongside a collaborative team of HR professionals who will support your professional development and help you achieve your career goals.
Requirements
- Must be in their 2nd or 3rd year of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, studying Engineering, Business, or a related field, and returning to school in September 2027.
- Must be graduating in December 2027 or later.
- Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec).
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
- Must be of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else).
- Must possess geographical & functional mobility for a future Full-time position, being open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada.
