About the Role
This 15-week internship offers hands-on experience with meaningful projects, designed for high-achieving students interested in building a future with Labatt. The program includes onboarding, project ownership, learning workshops, exposure to senior leaders, intern events, and potential future full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a high-impact marketing project with one of our leading brands, directly contributing to business growth and supporting strategic objectives.
- Assist with marketing activities, including campaign planning and execution.
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze data and consumer trends.
- Support the creation of marketing materials across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with external partners.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with business goals.
Requirements
- In their 2nd or 3rd year of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, studying Engineering, Business, or a related field, and returning to school in September 2027.
- Graduating in December 2027 or later.
- Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec).
- Can legally work in Canada.
- Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else).
- Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full-time position is a requirement – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada.
