About the Role
The Program Support Officer provides direct support to academic leadership within the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences, delivering a comprehensive range of services to learners, support staff, faculty, and external stakeholders. This role coordinates admissions and scheduling, offers academic support to students, and provides administrative support to the faculty, staff, and program. The incumbent acts as a key resource, supporting learners, facilitators, instructors, and administrators in applying academic policies and procedures to enhance Humber’s adult learning environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of a two (2) year diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences, or Health Sciences.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive administrative or student advising experience in a post-secondary environment.
- Experience with a variety of communication platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Teams, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to use office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Occupational Health and Safety training is considered an asset.
