- Monitor and adjust processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Proven competency in operating heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
